Whenever I go to Hong Kong I stay in Kowloon side. It’s been that way since I was a child and I never had any desire to cross the tunnel to stay in Hong Kong side until I visited matcha heaven. Now I want to stay near Via Tokyo.
You know I’m obsessed with matcha right? Well, last December I went crazy in Hong Kong and bought everything green that I saw. There were a few finds and some duds.

Happy 8th anniversary to my blog!!!
I’ve eaten at Le Petit Souffle at their first branch at Century City mall but both times it was for dessert. They have a wicked matcha parfait! Now that they’ve open a second branch at SM Mega Fashion Hall I’ll get to eat there more often.
We are all so spoiled in Manila. We don’t even have to leave our crowded city to get good food. Several restaurants from abroad have opened in Manila. The latest is Yayoi Japanese Teishoku Restaurant straight from Japan.

I’m a very bad buffet eater because I usually eat the cheap stuff and I get full fast. My dad insisted I try the buffet at the new Marco Polo Hotel along Meralco Avenue in Ortigas Center. He’s the one who discovered it and he’s eaten there several times already. In short he loves it.
I enjoyed Kitsho’s king crab leg hot pot so much Jin suggested I try Toki’s oyster hot pot. Toki is located above McDonald’s across S & R at The Fort.
