2 weeks ago I posted Sherrie’s birthday treat in our office. Today it’s boss Bok Marty’s turn to treat us for his birthday. Since he’s Spanish he treated us to a Spanish lunch. He ordered food from Las Paellas Café at the nearby Robinsons Galleria.
Las Paellas serves one of the best paellas in Manila. I’ve eaten in their Alabang and Greenhills branch and it’s always consistently good. I’m happy that even their take out paella is good. The order below is good for 10. 7 of us ate lunch and it barely made a dent in the paella. There was more than enough left overs to make 3 people very happy.
We also had this ultra yummilicious Lengua Sevilla. It’s very, very tender ox tongue stewed with mushrooms and olives in sherry wine sauce. The sauce by itself on rice is already a meal. It’s that good. An order is good for 2-3 people.

les, let’s go to charlie’s nga, friends told me about their great cheesesteaks and burgers.
