Since the Philippines is a tropical country we have many unique fruits and flavors that have been made into ice cream. Here are just a few of the more unique ones.

The most exotic flavor for ice cream in my humble opinion is Durian.

Orange ice cream is another flavor of ice cream. It tastes like braso de mercedez cake but the after taste is like an aspirin. But, it is just fine with me especially when the ice cream is with a bun. Ice cream in a bun is weird but its good.
