My own blog finally!

Welcome to Shoot First, Eat Later. I’ve always wanted to have a food blog but as my friends know I often eat first and totally forget to shoot at all. For the first time I brought my new camera a Panasonic LX3 to Hong Kong and was able to get almost all of the food shots I’ve been wanting to take. I want to learn how to take better food pictures. So please be forgiving with my pictures. This blog is not about food reviews (unless there’s something really spectacular or awful I want to write about) but the pictures of the food I’ve eaten.

These photos have not been altered except for some cropping.
