I Believe…

That just because two people argue,
It doesn’t mean they don’t love each other.
And just because they don’t argue,
It doesn’t mean they do love each other.

I Believe…
That we don’t have to change friends if
We understand that friends change.

I Believe….
That no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I Believe…
That true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.

Same goes for true love.

I Believe….
That you can do something in an instant
That will give you heartache for life..

I Believe…
That it’s taking me a long time
To become the person I want to be.

I Believe…
That you should always leave loved ones with
Loving words. It may be the last time you see them..

I Believe…
That you can keep going long after you think you can’t.

I Believe…
That we are responsible for what
We do, no matter how we feel.

I Believe….
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I Believe…
That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I Believe…
That money is a lousy way of keeping score.

I Believe…
That my best friend and I, can do anything, or nothing and have the best time.

I Believe…
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you When you’re down, will be the ones to help you get back up..

I Believe…
That sometimes when I’m angry I have the right to be angry, 
But that doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.

I Believe…
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had
And what you’ve learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

I Believe…
That it isn’t always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I Believe…
That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief.

I Believe…
That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are,
But, we are responsible for who we become.

I Believe…
That you shouldn’t be so eager to find
Out a secret. It could change your life Forever.

I Believe…
Two people can look at the exact same
Thing and see something totally different.

I Believe…
That your life can be changed in a matter of
Hours by people who don’t even know you.

I Believe….
That even when you think you have no more to give, when
A friend cries out to you – you will find the strength to help.

I Believe…
That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.

I Believe…
That the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

I Believe…
That you should send this to all of the people that you believe in, I just did.

‘The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the most of everything.

Thank you God for all the wonderful people who help us throughout the journey of life…

  8. Hi Teri, I want to tell you there s a GOD, who is the creator of heaven and earth. We fall apart because of our sins, Jesus died for sins to give us eternal life. Thanks, hope this will enlighten you a bit.

  11. Whether or not there is a god is a silly arguement on this page. Along with that comment when did ConcernedEgomaniac ever say he believed or didn’t believe in a god? I am not mentioning what religion I am so you never know what I could be; however, I have a deep hatred for people who tell others that their religion is the ONLY and TRUE religion.

I get it if you don’t believe in god, I myself don’t, but it helps people for hard times and is a marvelous inspiration, so if you don’t believe don’t try to destroy other peoples believes, and if you do don’t try to jam it down others throats that you do and they should to, thats just inconsiderate.

  14. I don’t believe in God either. Just cause we’re atheists doesn’t mean we’re not good people. I don’t like it when people assume we’re devil worshiper or killers or just plain evil people.Some of us are nice. Just like some Christians, some Muslims, and some Jews are nice.It doesn’t matter what we believe. Just how nice we are.Well, I just preached a mouthful. Hahahaha.Nah, I don’t wanna be enlightened “Guest”. Im happy enough.

  15. I agree with ‘A person’. I don’t know what I believe. But sometimes religion (any type) can help your life. Im thinking of becoming Buddhist, or maybe even a Unitarian Universalist.Since there’s no way of proving God exists, or disproving it, because there’s always gonna be someone out there who says you’re wrong. But Ill stick with what I believe is rational. Which is no God XD

  20. I hate that this one picture separated us all because it got to talking about religion. Why would you let yourself get separated by religion? Regardless of whether or not you believe in God, we are all people and those who create any barriers are only hurting themselves and those who don’t match up to their expectations. Build a bridge, k? P.S. I believe in Jesus. With all of my heart. And one of my best friends. Is. An. Atheist.

  28. I believe in morality, which is doing what’s right, regardless of what I am told… not in religion, which is doing what I am told- regardless of what is right. You’re welcome to your own interpretation of God, religion or the Bible, but for me, I need more than “the Bible says so” to justify certain things and certainly to judge them.

  33. I believe….that while others may pray to a different God, or act a different way, we are all part of this Earth, and we should not question another’s beliefs if it brings harmony to our lives.

I believe:That life is better with a chocolate mustache. :)What I mean by this that is the simple things in life are best.  By complicating what this peice Really means with religon, you ruined it.  Religon is a very important thing to some, and not so important to others.  Get over it! This is not the place, time, or subject matter in which to discuss this.  NONE OF THE I BELIEVE(S) EVEN SAID ANYTHING ABOUT GOD! Just the ending when the email sender was thanking him, and it never said anyone else had to that. People are far to sensitive. Anyway, I loveddd this.  Fantastic piece.
