This is the third and last restaurant I tried on Minden Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui last December. Having hot pot on a cool night was just what we needed.
They just opened and the two men were happy to usher us in.
The whole menu was in Chinese.
I always enjoy concocting my own sauce. I always put lots of fried garlic, a touch of chili and some sate sauce.
I think this was the first time I’ve encountered fresh meat and fish balls instead of the usual frozen ones served in hot pot restaurants.
The soup stock was very flavorful to start with.
We all really enjoyed dinner that night.
We were about to leave when they called us back and gave us free fruit for dessert.
The people in the next table were eating this chicken dish with loads of chili pepper. Looks delicious too!
