Tim Ho Wan finally opened in SM Mega Fashion Hall (SM Megamall Bldg. D) last May 20, 2014, Tuesday at exactly 12:00 pm. At that time my friends and I were at Mu Noodle Bar having lunch. While eating I was looking at pictures of the long queue to Tim Ho Wan on Instagram.
Wildflour Cafe on Happy Tuesday
Most Tuesdays I have lunch with three good friends. It’s the day that I put my diet on hold because after lunch we would have dessert and merienda before calling it a day. We usually try new restaurants but this time we revisited an old favorite to try their new dishes.

Buffet at Alba Restaurante Español
It was a week day and my friend Tisay from Hong Kong want to treat us for her birthday. Since we had a couple of working girls in the group we had to eat near their work area. After numerous suggestions of restaurants in SM Mall of Asia we ended up at a place I’ve never been to. I was surprised by the nice architecture of TwoE-Com Center just beside the mall.
Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza
I’ve been wanting to try Gino’s pizza at Katipunan for the longest time but I never found the chance to go. It’s funny how I think that Katipunan is so far away when in reality it’s no farther than going to Makati from Greenhills. At the very last minute Rochelle decided she wanted to watch Wicked and even though I already watched it in San Francisco several years ago I agreed to go with her. We got tickets to the second to the last show. Before the show we went to Tanabe for a super early dinner. It was a good thing they were already open when we went at 5:30 pm.
Hotel Review: Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas, Manila
I love staying at nice hotels around the world and taking pictures of the rooms since I always do extensive research before I book a room. I seldom get to see hotels in my own hometown in Manila though. After our scrumptious buffet lunch at Cucina we asked to see a room in the new Marco Polo Hotel in Ortigas Center.
