Sarsa has been on my must try list but I never prioritized it since I wasn’t too excited to eat inasal or bbq meat. That’s what I thought summed up Sarsa’s Negrense cuisine. Boy was I wrong big time. So wrong I ate there twice last week.

Buffet at Chef Laudico Guevarra’s

In lieu of a Christmas party my management team requested to have a buffet lunch and they chose Guevarra’s in San Juan. The buffet restaurant occupied an old house in a big property with a large parking area.
