Kettle at Shangri-La East Wing
Kettle Restaurant in Shangri-La’s East Wing is not strictly an American restaurant but they are famous for iconic American dishes which are done really well.
Wooden Spoon at Rockwell Power Plant Mall
Sandy Daza’s Wooden Spoon restaurant has been creating a buzz since he opened the first branch in Katipunan last year. I’ve been wanting to try it but I found going to Katipunan far and out of the way. Strange since I went to college there and didn’t complain about the drive for four years. Afternoon Tea at Lusso
Would you believe I’ve never eaten at Lusso before? I’ve been wanting to all these years but somehow the opportunity never came about. But when I read about Lusso’s new Afternoon Tea service I immediately dragged Rochelle to go try it.

8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA
As soon as I arrived in Hong Kong from Macao I went straight to 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA to meet my friend Tisay for lunch. I’ve been hearing so many good things about the first and only Three Michelin Stars Italian restaurant outside Italy (December 2011).
Dining at Sands Cotai – Rice Empire & Edo Japanese Restaurant
With so many dining options at Sands Cotai right next to Sheraton Macao Hotel we didn’t need to go anywhere else to eat.
